The Colorow Point consists of 4
residential levels with underground parking
for 88 cars.  There are 48 condominium
units located in the building, with most units
commanding impressive views of all the
surrounding mountains and Lake Dillon.  
Condo. homes will consist of a mixture of 1, 2
and 3 bedroom luxury condos.  A courtyard
entry on the West Buffalo side of the
building will separate the residential access
from the commercial. A secure entry to the
underground parking will assure plenty of
residential parking on the site. A lobby and
elevator are provided.

The Colorow Point is located in Dillon, Colorado near that Dillon Marina. There are many things to do in the area including five ski resorts within 30 minutes of the Lodge and Dillon Marina is within walking distance. The Lodge is also only a couple of blocks from the grocery store and the movie theater. There are many more reasons to live here.
