History

Colorow Point is a residential/commercial project to be built in Dillon, Colorado. The developers: Ivano Ottoborgo, the land owner, and Thomas Harmon, owner of Keller Williams Realty in Frisco, are the principles in the project. Working closely with the town of Dillon over the past two years, they have designed a mixed use building that fits perfectly with the Downtown Redevelopment Plan recently adopted by the Dillon Town Council. They have acquired all zoning and architectural approvals necessary to proceed with construction and are currently seeking construction financing for this proposal. The Town of Dillon has enthusiastically endorsed the project. It represents a new beginning for the downtown area and will serve as the model for future development. The town has offered a letter of approval for the project for any interested investor. The Colorow Point will serve as the keystone for the redevelopment of the downtown core business area.
