Summary

The Colorow Point has been carefully crafted crafted to take maximum advantage of the site in the Town of Dillon. The developers have worked very closely with the town staff, planning and zoning, and the town council to produce a project that is being welcomed with open arms in the town. We feel that the financial numbers for the project are conservative and workable. The demand for upscale, convenient, second homes by the baby boomer generation is about to hit new highs and the Colorow Point fits the profile precisely. Summit County is predicted to be built out by 2013. With continued growth in the front range as well as the demand from foreign investor / home buyers, especially with the devaluation of the dollar, Real Estate sales in Summit County will continue to expand.
